Holding it under the tongue for 20–30 seconds can support quicker absorption. Some blends work best taken consistently, while others can be used as needed. Please follow the product guidance and your body’s cues.
How often should I take my tincture?
Daily rhythm creates the strongest, most sustainable results, especially for hormonal, nervous system, or long-term support formulas. Acute or “as-needed” blends (for sleep, stress, digestion, etc.) can be taken when the need arises.
How do I use flower essences?
Flower essences are vibrational remedies that work through consistent presence. Take 3 drops 3 times per day or 4-5 drops morning and evening, under the tongue or in water. They support emotional, energetic, and soul-level shifts over time. You may feel something immediately after taking them and further transformation over time.
Can I take a tincture and a flower essence together?

Can I take these products with medications?
