Shipping Fees: 

Within the United States, we ship using Priority Mail. There is a flat fee of $13.00 for most packages. Orders weighing more than 0.75 pounds or containing more than 2 teas will require larger shipping box and will be charged $22.00.

For Shipping International, we will charge you separately for shipping cost once it is calculated.

Returns:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns. We will replace any items that were damaged during shipping. Please send a photo of damaged items to support@orginal-bloom.com. If you need to change or cancel an order, it must be done before we have shipped the order. Please email us at support@original-bloom.com to discuss this.
